For the Athletes & Outdoor Enthusiasts

The Blue Cross River Rink at Penn’s Landing just outside of Old City is a great place to go & ice skate hand in hand under the stars.  Grab hot chocolate & cuddle under the pavilion or walk up the stairs into Old City & grab a bite to eat or a glass of wine & dessert…chocolate of course!

For the Romantic Wanderers

Take your sweetie on the Love Letter Train Tour. A collaboration by the Mural Arts Program with Stephen Powers, this tour consists of 50 rooftop murals decorated with expressions of love by the artist.  This tour runs year round on Saturdays from 10-11:30 & Sundays from 1:00 – 2:30.  Pick up & drop off is at the 9th & Market stop 2nd level.  Reserve online or get more information here.

To Relax & Indulge

Take the stress out of the holiday (literally) & head to Rescue Rittenhouse for tandem appointments or a couples massage.

Even though the weather outside is frightful, the temperature inside Longwood Garden’s 4 acres of glass enclosed conservatories complete with tropical gardens & 16 waterfalls is steamy.   This is the perfect place to spend a day dreaming of Spring.  Stop at Terrain at Styer’s on the way home to peruse the beautiful home goods or grab a delicious bite off their local & seasonal menu.  Keep the garden theme going strong by sitting down & being served in their gorgeous greenhouse.

There is no limit of things to do in Philadelphia & the surrounding areas.  Grab your love & do something fun!  Remember, it’s just a day to celebrate love….not a reason to stress!
