Must read this article!  Four Square Blocks:  Philadelphia is an interesting read on this small section of Old City by the New York Times.  The video is also really well done.  I may be biased.  My dog makes a cameo at 1:45.  Seriously, though.  The bars on 2nd Street get such a bad rap that the whole neighborhood gets lumped in.  I am in real estate & I CHOSE to live here.  Best neighborhood I’ve ever lived in, by far.
