2701 Girard Avenue Renovation Moving Right Along
Woodland Building Supply Said: “Let There Be Windows”
Just like the eyes are the windows to the soul….windows are like the eyes of a building. They make such a huge difference in the overall look of a building, its functionality & its appeal. The windows for this church posed a particular challenge because of the size & placement. The huge front windows now run through two floors. The windows had to be designed to hide floor joists & ensure that windows for all units are functional. All windows had to be custom due to the shape of the existing openings. Our rep Dave Smith from Woodland Building Supply who is a local supplier of Marvin Windows & Doors has done a painstakingly careful job of measuring & aiding in design to ensure they look beautiful in the transition. Installation began last week & we couldn’t be happier. Dealing with challenges like this on an adaptive reuse project is why developers love to build new construction!
If you are thinking of replacing windows or doing some renovation work Dave Smith at Woodland Building Supply is helpful & professional. He has taken so much care with this project to make sure everything is just right.
