Restaurants, Bars & Nightlife

Your best bet for nightlife is to head east to Rittenhouse Square.  There are some great dining options including Dmitri’s, Roberto Cafe, Erawan, Cafe Lutecia & Gavin’s.

Grocery Shopping

Head over to the Trader Joe’s on Market, the Halal Market on 23rd or head into Bella Vista for Super Fresh or Whole Foods.

Farmer’s Market

Fitler Square’s market is open year round & located at 23rd & Pine in the park on Saturdays from 9-1.  Residents can also head over to Rittenhouse to check out their weekend market.

Green Space

Fitler Square boasts an adorable very well maintained park right in the neighborhood.  They also are in close proximity to the Schulkill River Trail, which in my humble opinion, is the best dog park in the city.  There is a fenced in area for both big & small dogs!!  There are also basketball courts, running trails, gardens & running/walking/biking trails.  This trail has a beautiful lesser known view of the Art Musuem than it’s Kelly Drive sister trails.  It connects to the Musuem & West River Drive.
