Isaac Ellman’s real estate roots run deep. Growing up, his grandfather, who owned a portfolio of apartment buildings in Boston, decided to take a risk and convert his old apartment buildings into brand new condos to sell, at a time when condos were not common in the local market. These early experiences helped shape Isaac’s love for development and construction, giving him the ability to excel at working with buyers who are looking at new construction townhomes and condos. Isaac prides himself on being a relationship-based realtor: when working with him you can expect patience, prompt response times, and local market knowledge.
After graduating from Haverford College with a B.A. in Philosophy, Isaac moved to NYC to gain experience as an agent in one of the most fast paced markets in the country. True to his passions, he focused on the rapidly developing lower Manhattan and Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Isaac always knew he would return to Philadelphia so he could grow his own real estate portfolio. He now hangs his real estate license as a buyer’s specialist with Jordan Brody and Co.
Aside from the booming real estate market in the city, Isaac loves Philadelphia for its food, culture, nightlife and walkability. Isaac favorite aspect of Philadelphia is the wide range of food and restaurants. For seafood and rawbar, he recommends the Oyster House on Sansom St. For brunch, check out Honey’s on South St and Cafe Lift on 13th St. And, for the best lunch in town, check out High Street on Market on Market St!
When Isaac’s not touring properties with his clients he enjoys riding his bike along the Schuylkill River Trail, planning the next great hiking trip with his friends, reading the latest tech or science blog, praying for the Eagles to actually do something this year and enjoying the Cape Cod national seashore with his family.
