Jordan graduated from Penn State University in 2003 with a degree in Economics. Upon graduation, he immediately began working with his father in the family business distributing supplies, chemicals & solvents to dry cleaners in the tri-state area. He dramatically improved sales through his focus & commitment to additional, larger accounts. He also limited overhead & reduced the cost of goods sold through his innovative sourcing & private labeling of foreign products from Korea, China & Romania.
After two & a half years, he wanted to safeguard his income & began to acquire investment properties in Manayunk. Finding success in this new avenue & desiring self-fulfillment, he left the family business in 2006 & began selling real estate full-time with the intent to continue expanding & diversifying his investment portfolio. At the start of this transition, he worked primarily with retail clients. He grew increasingly unsatisfied during this period of slow growth & paralleled the success he found for his father’s company with his focus on larger accounts. Finding real estate through investing he understood the challenges investors face & switched gears accordingly. He made a commitment to tack & re-focus his business model to investors & developers & his business rapidly flourished & changed. By 2009 he was the top producing Coldwell Banker agent in Pennsylvania.
With this new success came time restraints. However, his commitment to his clients never wavered. In an effort to provide top notch customer service & support in a tough market, Jordan founded Jordan Brody & Co.. The establishment of Jordan Brody & Co. served to ensure each client received the time & attention they deserved. Jordan hired agents with a broad range of abilities to assist him with an ever increasing number of buyers & made a commitment to offer the training & mentorship they needed to grow. The team has thrived under Jordan’s leadership & is one of Coldwell Banker’s top Teams, selling almost $50 Million in real estate in 2012.
Jordan has created a niche for himself in investment real estate. As an investor himself, he intuitively knows what his clients need to gain success. He lives with his girlfriend in Old City, Philadelphia. He enjoys spending time with her, their families, traveling, reading, fine dining, drinking & collecting wine. He lives & breathes real estate, loves the City of Philadelphia & aspires to help make the City more business friendly.
