The Textile Flats was once an assemblage of six unrelated buildings operating as a textile warehouse complex. The buildings were converted to condos in the early 2000’s. Each unit has a unique floor plan; some are bi level, some have sunken rooms or lofted bedrooms. Units on the upper floors have big skylights, all units have the original random width pine flooring unique to Philadelphia & most have fixed or sliding panels as a creative way to let light in. These units are in the heart of Old City on a lovely cobblestone block.
